To kick off our film series on the topic of “climate protection”, the Visions of Sustainability research team is offering an introductory workshop at the Volkshochschule Freiburg (vhs).

How are pressing issues such as climate change and climate protection depicted in international documentaries and how do such films illuminate social, psychological, technical and legal paths to a more sustainable approach to the climate? Can these films provide important impetus for a change towards a more sustainable society? In this introductory event, the VISIONS OF SUSTAINABILITY research team investigates such questions and briefly introduces the film series, the participatory research concept and the accompanying events. In dialogue with the participants, we also want to present and further develop numerous possibilities for active participation in the project.
